The Rule of St. Benedict
The complete Rule of St. Benedict, written in 560 A.D., here translated into English. Although seen as a "Western Tradition" Saint, his Rule is followed both in the East and the West. Unfortunately, the longer Contitutiones monasticae of St. Basil is currently not on line.
